Semi-formal We’re celebrating outdoors in Jamestown, Indiana on October 24, 2026—think polished but comfortable. Ladies: cocktail dresses or dressy skirts with a light wrap or dressy jacket. Gentlemen: dress slacks or chinos with a button-down and blazer; ties optional. Please choose shoes that are sturdy for lawn-friendly footing, as the ceremony will be outside, weather permitting. If you prefer dressier evening wear, feel free—just no jeans or athletic wear. We can’t wait to see you dressed for a joyful celebration.

Our room block is located at the Hampton Inn in Brownsburg, Indiana, approximately 18 minutes from our venue. We will be providing transportation to and from the venue for guests staying in our room block. Shuttle pickup will be at 3:30 PM on the day of the ceremony. Beginning at 9:00 PM, a shuttle will run between the venue and the hotel throughout the evening. Please indicate on your RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle service so we can ensure we have enough seats for everyone. Please use the provided link to book your room within our reserved block. Reservations must be made through the website. Once your reservation has been confirmed, you can add it to the Hilton app. To receive the discounted room block rate, all reservations must be made by September 22, 2026.
